Job Description

The candidate must be experienced in 360 degree recruitment in Bulk hiring in Technical /Non-Technical positions
Manage sourcing and recruitment for throughout the company with strong presence on various hiring platform\'s such as Linkden , Rozze.pk , indeed and other ATS systems ,
Must have proven experience of hiring at different level at corporate level .
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives.
Adhere to internal company processes associated with all aspects of recruiting.
Experience in sourcing through different channels and seek new sourcing options and develop creative ways to sourcing and hiring right candidates.
Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines and recruiting goals.
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding, candidate management and diversity sourcing.

Job Specification:

BBA/MBA /MS in Business Studies with majors in HR.
Experience in Talent acquisition of 1-2 years in well reputed company (BPO sector will be preferred)
Hands on practice in 360 degree , end to end recruitment cycle .
Experienced candidate in bilk hiring with the capacity to conduct interview on daily basis.
experienced in working under pressure with hiring in Technical ./ Non-Technical positions.
