Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

• Expertise in data network engineering practices, design/ planning/ implementation
• Hands-on expertise in managing enterprise WAN architecture and technology
• Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve complex problems.
• Experience and expertise in:
• Team transformation and organizational change
• Technical team leadership and guidance
• Working in an outsource environment with remote engineers and teams
• Working in multi-cultural global environment
• Working in with associated processes and standards
• Planning and suggesting network improvements and prepare RFPs accordingly
• Actively working with Information Security to keep the banking environment safe from threats and attacks.
• Ensure and to keep an uptime of branch connectivity
• Ensure to keep an uptime of all network services.
• Project management of new projects/initiatives.
• Participate actively in annual planning and budgeting.
• Liaison with service providers.
• Liaison with vendors for new initiatives.
• Liaison between team members and higher management
• Arrangement and Provision of connectivity in new branches and Offices
• Management and Monitoring of Network Security.
• Work with the team members to resolve the day-to-day issues.
• Arrangement and Provision of Network Equipment in new branches and Offices
• Proactive arrangement of better media and bandwidth by monitoring through Management and monitoring tool.
• Training and development of Team members
• Compliance of observations raised by Internal and External audit.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree holder in Computer Sciences from HEC recognized University/ Foreign University. Shall be Preferred 

Age: Up to 55 Years as of Nov. 10, 2023.

Experience: Minimum 09 Years of Banking/Non-Banking experience, the candidates having certification in Systems and Networks will be preferred.
